My little baby going out to destroy people <3
Feel like chatting her up? Well she's takin' questions HERE!

So yeah, this baby here's for :iconheliosconference:
Around three days or working time maybe? I dunno XDXD I figure I'd just join it to see how I'll fare since UBF's in full throttle by now.
Hale's a character I'm currently RPing on Zapdoszulu. I figure she'd be a lot easier to draft out instead of the FMA meets Slumdog Millionaire meets Oliver Twist meets every goddamn Venezuelan soap opera dramafest you have ever seen that is Merrick Montague, but eh, I might give him a shot one day.

Serious TL: DR below if you have the galls to plough through it. I won't be responsible for comatose bodies on those keyboards, aight?

Name: Haylene 'Hale' Callahan (introduces herself as Hale)
Age: about 18? though she might not look it.
Hometown: Born in LaRousse City, grew up in Alto Mare.
Region traveled: Johto, though you probably won't guess from looking at her mons....>.>
Distinguishing marks; As seen in her picture though I'll cement it here: Liberal scaring of both legs and a missing little finger from her right hand.

Conference Relationships;
Friends with Benefits : Taylor (Accushla)
Close friends: DJ/ Mikoto (Mio)/ Samantai (Sammy)/ Bifronela ('Ela)
Acquaintances: Azure (Nostra) / Cassidy (Baby Girl) / Selena (Pidge)
ILY guys    Seriously.

Personality:
The first thing Hale might come across as is...well, that is rather hard to say, considering the fact that one tends to completely miss her on first go, which is a good indication of her main personality trait; Aloofness.

She dislikes crowds and is perfectly content smiling and walking alone down any street without so much as a glance at the people around her while lost in her own thoughts. Highly reserved, intelligent and of dry wit, the people she calls friends can be counted on a single hand though this isn't due to some unlikability; It is a combination of her wariness of strangers and the fact that she quite simply enjoys being that way, believing in some part due to her independent streak that she doesn't need emotional support from outside. Her cool demeanor makes her seem distant at first glance, though the notion doesn't bother her at all as she believes she's better off being honest with how she feels rather than putting up a pretense. Nonetheless she is genuinely caring, agreeable and easy to get along with once you've broken the thin layer of ice. One might describe her as a Kuudere, or 'defrosting ice queen' for the lack of a better word.

Hale isn't the sort to give into immediate panic though she attributes this more to the fact that she spends more time thinking and debating options rather than acting on impulse. This leads to a small quirk, where talking to her while she is reading or listening to music might requires about five minutes to gain any sort of response, physically or verbally. She tends to get lost in her interests (reading and music) far too easily, and a sore point with her is if anyone interrupts her reading sessions. Her humor generally leans towards intelligent or cynical sarcasm.
Her speech while generally polite isn't refined and she often peppers her dialogue with curses due to her tomboyishness.

As an introvert, her mind is on a constant working basis where her mouth is not; She tends to be very dreamy and absent-minded where music is involved and completely shuts off from the world when reading.
Hale enjoys the simpler things in life; A good book, shady tree to read it under, watching the sun set, good music. She is very much grounded into reality and she likes living life on a day-to-day basis without a care in the world for what the future holds. When push comes to shove though, she will stand her ground by any means possible.
Her main weakness is her pride and stubbornness, which comes in the form of not accepting help from anyone even in times of need (the one time where she may show naivete or pig-headedness), and her general obliviousness and refusal to give in to emotions. She is also hesitant to act on impulse or instinct, sometimes finding it hard to improvise at the drop of a hat. This is generally why her team comes with a strange array of multiple-type movesets---it makes a battle easier to score with effective hits instead of strategy.

She's not particularly afraid of admitting loses; Losing isn't that big a deal for Hale since it helps bring a little humility into her more rambunctious mons, and whatever doesn't kill them does after all make them stronger. As such, while she may put every inch of her soul into a battle, if another player is a better man, then so be it. They're likely to come off with a handshake and a determined "Next time..", unless of course a player is being a total d*ckwad at which a firm "F*ck you." is the general response.

History:
Much of Hale's young life despite her calm facade was mired in violence one form or the other. For starters she was born smack dab in the middle of heavy rain and a gunfight gone bad; The family's car had fallen under attack of her father's old enemies en route to the hospital. In all the panic and confusion, paramedics struggled to make their way through the hail of fire only to find a woman near death curled over a puddle of afterbirth, tightly clutching a wailing bundle of newborn with the look of a maternal predator in her eyes, a smoking gun in her hand and several assailants shot dead scattered around her. Both mother and child survived the ordeal, and ever since then, it had been something of an inside joke to the Callahans to explain why their youngest daughter had an inherent dislike for crowds, loud noises and rain.

Her parents, Graydon and Maire Callahan were as different as night and day on first glance, so much that many people, knowing Graydon's unsavory past began to wonder if he had somehow blackmailed the pretty officer into pursuing a relationship with him, which couldn't have been any further from the truth if they tried.
Graydon Callahan, who was the sole scion to the shady Diarmaid mob of LaRousse City which had connections to the Rockets and was a man of two faces; In the public facade, he excluded an air of classy uppercrustedness to woo his business compatriots, but in reality was a passionately fiery man who was as stubborn as he was temperamental and whose fists flew as fast as his words did. He had a magnetic personality which drew in trouble and women in that order exactly, and sometimes even those on the right side of the tracks weren't immune to his roguish, dog-in-the-mud like charms. That said, he had two weaknesses; Women and drink, and he met his match with the former in the form of a rising, hotshot officer by the name of Maire Gallagher.

Idealistic, optimistic and of a sharp mind, Maire was a single mother and a rookie to the law enforcement scene; Recently promoted from a lower county, she had just joined a task force in LaRousse City and upon rejecting the advances of a higher-up, was given an impossible task as her first assignment; Bring the Diarmaid, who had been racketeering illegally-made Master balls and smuggling Pokemon to justice.
Hard-headed and unwilling to back down, she moved her first piece across the board and targeted the head dog who always seemed one step ahead of her in nearly every situation.
Graydon enjoyed the game of mental cat-and-mouse this uptight dame with the cute tush brought forth and constantly teased her in a manner which hid the growing attraction he felt for the outspoken female; Conversely, despite her initial view of him as a pompous, impulsive lout of a casanova she too began to feel attracted to his wit and honesty.
Graydon's feelings began to mellow him out, to a mixed reaction within the Diarmaid; There were those who were merely good-hearted ruffians the same way that he was who were happy for a more scrupulous leader, and then there were those who wanted to run him to the ground, including his own brother who tried to kill him after he refused a sizable though callous trainer protection racket contract.
The attempted fratricide via a car bombing killed seven of his friends, costed him his perfect eyesight and left him with a permanent limp. It also drove a fissure right through Diarmaid's ranks which were now split between those loyal to Graydon and those wanting the more ruthless form of leadership his brother offered which formed the splinter Findlaech mob.
Livid at the familial betrayal and the needless deaths of his compatriots, he came clean and allowed himself to be caught by Maire and in return for helping him seek vengeance against his brother and retribution for his men, he agreed to serve a sentence, with a small catch; That Maire would stand as his parole officer when the time came. Together, the two of them hacked down the Findlaech mob, with Maire mobilizing the newly-formed Cuchulainn strike force and Graydon using his connections to allow them access into his world and turning those still loyal to him into valuable informants in returned for reduced sentences.
This resulted in a four year wave of mob violence which rocked the city. Hale was born in the final month of the conflict and the coalition of former Diarmaid members and the local squad earned a landmark victory.
Still, highly visible as the former head of the mob, Graydon was earmarked for assassination the moment he switched sides and under a supergrass program, his newfound family and he left behind the glamorous LaRousse lifestyle, opting for a simple existence in a peaceful, quiet little alcove of Alto Mare

Hale's early childhood years on Alto Mare were very much normal; As a young girl, she was far more gregarious and friendly, not knowing the circumstances behind which her parents met. At school, she was in the above average aggregate though she wasn't by any means a studious little bookworm. She was head of the school's music club contemporary division and played as an offensive left wing 'sniper' on the hockey team.
The first Pokemon she met were Glameows and Meowths on the streets she often took pity on and shared her lunch with. One Glameow in particular befriended her over a period of time and was nicknamed 'Desdemona' or 'Deedee' before she officially adopted it. When it came to Pokemon studies, she showed a natural flair in understanding and manipulating type advantages but fell short on strategic movesets. Her designated 'class team' of training Pokemon were a Meowth, a Skitty and her own Glameow, Desdemona.

Graydon, who was artistically-inclined compared to his wife and now worked as the town's head of music instilled a love for song in his little girl, teaching her how to recognize notes and rock the bass. Father and daughter were very close, and he often brought her out to concerts whenever and wherever they were playing, monetary concerns be damned. He prided over his little 'muse' and often had her run through his manuscripts with him. She in turn loved him immensely and often followed him everywhere he went.

Maire, as the grounding force of the family instilled a love of reading into her daughter, with their bonding moment being the two of them poring over books by the fireplace during rainy nights (as both couldn't sleep well during downpours).
She was as much of the Mother Bear she had been in delivering Hale and despite the years of blissed peace, was always worried in the back of her mind somehow that her husband's past might catch up to him. As such, she was more careful and warned Hale to be discreet and not too trusting; Something that the outgoing, friendly Graydon disagreed with.
He himself, when she was eight told her about their past to hopefully close the book on the matter.

When Hale was ten however, Maire's worst fears were confirmed.
Back in LaRousse City, someone had hacked into the Supergrass program files and a band of Graydon's old enemies began to silently slip into Alto Mare to wrap up loose ends.
When she tried to rescue her Glameow which they had captured, Hale was abducted and held hostage in an attempt to lure Graydon out and have him play their little 'game'. To drive the point home, they smashed her legs with a steel bar to ensure she couldn't run off and mailed her parents one of her fingers they had severed to serve as a calling card before threatening to do things to her far worse than death if they were too slow in responding. Maire who still had contacts in LaRousse and adhered to her cop training took matters with a calm facade and worried that the situation might spin out of control, wanted to carefully plan their next move.
Graydon however was livid and didn't have the patience or subtlety his wife did; Knowing plainly that they wanted him, he left without her knowledge to track them down and face them. While he was alone, as a former Diarmaid he certainly wasn't unarmed and in the ensuing skirmish, he managed to rip through their ranks and rescue his daughter. Upon trying to escape however, he was mortally wounded by his brother who was leading the group and Hale out of a newfound rage discharged several rounds from his handgun into their assailant, killing the man instantly. Despite her best efforts, Graydon bled to death on her lap; Due to her love for him, this nearly drove Hale mad with anguish and made her as a child, contemplated using the gun on herself so she could 'follow him' where he went. In the end she decided against it and stayed curled up with his body until they were found by Maire's squad ten minutes later, having been lead to the den by Desdemona the Glameow who had escaped earlier.

Torn up both physically and mentally, Hale spent the next few month recuperating and undergoing psychiatric evaluation for post-traumatic depression. Confined to a wheelchair, she grew bitter, sullen and withdrawn, blaming her own naivete for what happened. Her mind began to retreat into its own world and her grades began to fail. Old friends also abandoned her after being put off by her change in personality. Her only human contact was with her family who were at a loss of how to deal with the once gregarious girl, until her brother dragged her out her shell and the center periodically so she could follow him around at work. Archery provided a good outlet for her deep-seated anger while she was rehabilitating, and Desdemona too would coax her owner to the outside world by refusing to come back inside unless Hale went out to retrieve the feline herself.
It was only after a year was Hale, still in crutches was allowed to leave clinical care and attempt to rejoin normal society; something easier said than done. Her experience had left her distrusting and wary of people, as she feared that there would be a repeat of the incident if she wasn't careful.

She found solace in her writing, which she had become more involved with as she couldn't rejoin her hockey team.
A transfer student, unaware of what had happened to her was the first outside person to approach her and he took a liking to her manuscripts. She opened up to him after realizing they shared the same interests and helped him assimilate into the school.
His name was Nicodemus Benton, hailing from Ecruteak City and he had followed his parents here on business. He worked on her wavelength as the two grew closer, he suggested for her ditch the crutches to start seriously thinking about writing a book of which he jokingly made a promise to buy the moment it came out. She agreed and began to take her rehabilitation more seriously asides thinking of a story.
When news came that he was leaving on a Pokemon journey, she grew depressed at the thought of losing her 'muse', until he suggested that she too go on a walkabout of her own to learn both inspiration for her book and grow stronger to ensure her father didn't die in vain.
After all, a seafarer cannot discover new oceans unless he first loses sight of the shore.

Hale forced herself to walk further without her crutches every day and a year later, ditched them completely and told her mother of her plan to go on her own journey. With her ticket to Cherrygrove City stamped and instructions to New bark town tucked away into her jacket, she boarded a ferry off the jetty at dusk and started a new chapter in her book, one she hoped would end in a bittersweet victory for both her father and herself.

Other Crap:

~ Is the youngest of three (step)siblings, Nolan Callahan and Rae Callahan. Both treat her like the baby despite her age which ticks her off occasionally.

~ When it comes to training, she likes for her charges to make the most of their limited moveset and have four different attack types so all base weaknesses are covered. While this leaves her quite strong on the offensive, it means that she has traded away defensive or status -type moves in the process.

~ She had a bit of an Electra Complex as a young girl. While this has fettered out over the years, she does still feel subconsciously attracted to men who remind her of her father.

~ She has a strong liking for feline Pokemon of any sort and prefers mammalian-based Pokemon over the rest. Type-wise, she loves Fire, Water, Normal and Psychic, while being somewhat apathetic to Steel and Grass.

~ Likes: Books, Comics, Music (Rock, Jazz and Classical), Cats, Exploring the countryside, Dusk and reading the night skies.

~ Dislikes: Needless drama, Fashion magazines, Sappy love songs, Bugs, Candy, Rain, Mornings, Stupidity in general.

~ Skills: Writing, Cooking, Archery, Playing the bass.

~ Weakness: Stubborn and lacking of strategy. Apt to bulldoze things when given the opportunity. Physically, she cannot run long distances without having what feels like sharp daggers shoved up her shanks and kneecaps.

POGEYMANZ

:bulletyellow: Desdemona 'DeeDee' (Shiny Glameow)
~ Both a contest and a battlemon, DeeDee is vibrant and flamboyant to a fault. Unlike her owner, DeeDee loves to stand out from the crowd and generally sees herself as high priestess of the team. She can be rather vain, hence her refusal to evolve into a Purugly for the sole reason of not wanting to be called a 'Psssssh-ur-ugly' by Hale's older sister. Having been friends since the day Hale picked her up as a kitten from the streets. DeeDee loves her trainer dearly and tends to act like a younger sister towards Hale much to the girl's amusement. She enjoys the good life and having been adopted into a human family at such a young age, knows the phoenetic alphabets to some degree, enough for her to use flashcards or newspaper clippings to communicate with Hale.
As she understands human scribblings, she has taken a particular liking to fashion magazines which she hoardes, much to her trainer's dismay.
In battle, DeeDee is merciless and tends to take delight in tormenting her opponents almost to the point of Schadenfreude at which point Hale will need to tell her to lay off. She is often the opening act and will get hissy when she isn't as she takes this as a sign of her spot as Hale's favorite getting replaced. This puts her at odds with Faust who is just as fight-happy, and the two generally have never gotten along ever since Faust singed her fur as a Charmander out of spite.
She is often the only Pokemon out of her ball, but is occasionally joined by Saladin or Delacroix.
Her showgirl nature makes her a natural for contests despite Hale's prelediction towards battles and inherent dislike of the pompadour of co-ordinating events. Her outfit for such events is a black, sequinned Las-Vegas syle showgirl skirt and leotards.
She sports earrings and her distinctive marking is the tufts of fur around her neck which is white instead of the solid grey body color for other Glameows. She is proud of this mark as it makes her look as though she is wearing a 'fur coat' and can often be seen fluffing it up before she enters a public area.
Mentally, she's about 18 years of human age.
She appears to be Delacroix's mate although she won't readily admit it---the two have a slap-slap kiss relationship.

:bulletyellow: Saladin 'Sal' (Lucario)
~ Saladin is the forth Pokemon caught by Hale and isn't a brute despite being Hale's most powerful offensive piece in her miniature mon army. Wielding two deadly special attacks and two equally devastating physical attacks amplified by his Muscle Band, his job is primarily to bludgeon into submission whatever mon hasn't already been decimated by Artagnan or Faust. He tends to see battles as 'nothing prsonal' and won't go out of his way to wilfully maim opponents even if spurned on by his friends---it's not in his nature.
A generally well-tempered young mon with an even disposition and a friendly attitude towards others, it takes a lot to get a frown out of him as even in battle he tends to be smiling in a serene manner. Matters which will change his cavalier attitude to one of murderous rage generally falls into two categories; harm befalling his adoptive father Gilgamesh or anyone sullying Hale's name. He is highly curious of the more cultural and mythical aspects of human civilization as their thought process and feelings to him seem more complex than Pokemon. As such, it is common to find him perusing books, particularly history and more strangely, religeon.
He's a staunch believer in Arceus and can generally be found during off-duty watching humans pray--something which interests him and he has mimicked over a few times.
As one half of the team's Brothers of Destruction besides Artagnan whom he considers a close partner, he usually takes position as the stategist of the group. He despises Faust but will readily admit that the crazy dragon is a good knight on the chessboard with the right incentives.
He despises poachers with a hot-white fury and will not hesitate to Blaze Kick them to Kingdom Come. This is due to him having been found by Hale as a victim of illegal smuggling at Johto Safari Zone; He has strong memories of his parents back in Sinnoh and someday wishes to seek them out; as part of the deal in letting Hale take ownership of him, she was to train him to a level where he could decimate any Rocket or Galactic in his path to achieve that dream.
He is able to communicate with Hale through telepathy and his speech is refined due to a good understanding of human grammatical constructs.
He is also very close to Gilgamesh who serves as his adoptive father and protected him during his days as a smuggled Riolu.
While primarily being a battlemon, he has some gift in Contests though it isn't one of his strengths. When in such events, his costume is that of an Arabic warrior.
Mentally, he's around 27 years of human age.

:bulletyellow: Delacroix "Dela-Cwah" (Floatzel)
~ Delacroix was a gift from Hale's military brat brother Nolan and is her third Pokemon. If his name is any more of a dead giveaway, you'd have to throw him in a beret, give him a pencil-thin moustache then complete it with the overblown accent. Delacroix is a mon of class and a gentleman of the highest degree. Raised in a military barrack, he is one of Hale's most disciplined soldiers despite his idiosyncracies which extend but are not exclusive to near-constant bowing in the presence of strangers, kissing any given female's hand, hoarding corsages and getting lost in the men's clothing department between the suits and waistcoats division. Like most mons, he doesn't speak the human language but shows a profound fondness for Fantina's accent which he thinks is beautiful.
Delacroix is Hale's second contest Pokemon and tends to be a very snappy dresser as he can often be seen sporting a shirt and waistcoat during contest rounds. Off-hours, he wears a ruffled scarf around his neck.
In battle, Delacroix's military upbringing comes into play instead as he burns through the ranks with an array of atacks calculated to take advantage of all-type weaknesses. Weaknesses are the name of the game for him, and he can patiently whettle out his opponent while waiting for a big-enough opening to come down on them like a sack of rocks. He takes every order without question and often salutes his opponents before and after battle asides according respect for the opposing trainer. This gentlemanly behavior only extends to greetings however--batlewise, Delacroix isn't afraid of employing anything from kicking sand in an opponent's eyes to going for their joints as he believes that there's 'nothing fair about a fight'
He is also very protective of Hale, having been was told by her brother to watch out for the girl for as long as he could stand and still breathe.
He has a particular fondness for Desdemona and is rumoured to be mates with her--she tends to be the more dominant of this pairing despite being the smaller one.
Mentally, he's around 24 years of human age.

:bulletyellow: Faust (Charizard)
~ Hale's second Pokemon is also her most unruly, having been abandoned by a trainer once due to a mutilated right paw which came from a Pokemon battle gone awry--an incident which hardened his heart to the notion of any love from humans. When she found him, he was close to death from exposure to summer rains outside the route leading Azalea where he had turned feral and was stalking smaller Pokemon to murder for food; in killing feeding on a Nidoran much earlier, he was already poisoned to a critical level without his knowledge and slowly dying. Upon Hale's attempt of trying to catch him and bring him to a Pokemon Center for medical attention, his first instinct was to go for her jugular so he could steal Desdemona to eat. This understandably pissed off the cat and she fought against the starving, half-crazed Charmander for half-an-hour, obeying Hale's orders to wear him down slowly instead of destroy him with her attacks. A blast of Hypnosis sealed the deal and Hale caught him before shipping him off to the nearest center where it took him over a weak to recuperate from his ordeal. He was given a choice of leaving on his own free will, but upon being taunted as uncouth and 'weak' by Desdemona for giving in to primal urges and refusing to become stronger by virtue of training, he spat Embers in her face and demanded that he be inducted into Hale's team as the girl had rightfully 'caught' him.
As such, Faust's sole reason for being beside Hale was to learn how to destroy things at record speeds and to this extent, Hale blackmails him into obeying her orders. He was taught to rely more on his elemental-based attacks instead of pysicality due to his deformed paw which meant he couldn't grapple with other mons. While Faust does not 'love' Hale, he has a grudging amount of respect for her and will burn anything which threatens her to cinders if possible.
Faust loves burning things, killing things and eating things, in that exact order. In battle, he relies on elemental barrages and drought-ridden Sunny Days with a aerial-based attack to cleanly boot out any fighting-type looking to exploit his purported weakness. His violence often puts him at odds with the rest of his team particularly Desdemona whom he shares a passionate rivalry with. He does however get along with Gilgamesh who is rather like an Obi Wan to his defiant, wilfull Anakin.
He tends to be a hot-tempered brute with no concept of honor, table manners or an indoor voice and dislikes every other human asides Hale. Despite his penchant for collateral damage, he does harbor a soft spot for abandoned or disabled creatures whether they be mons or humans.
He enjoys a spot of beer occasionally and has the tendency to get drunk after consuming a few barrels of the stuff.
Mentally, he's 25 years of human age.

:bulletyellow: Gilgamesh (Nidoking)
~ While not as powerful as some of his younger comrades, Gilgamesh does serves an important role as the team wall. Absurbly high defences coupled with his natural Poison Point ability and a tendency to Supersonic anything that comes his way can leave opponents slapping themselves or spewing vomit while he watches serenely and the rest discuss strategies in the back. Gilgamesh however, is an exceedingly gentle creature who prefers peace and good food to battling, although this might be partly attributed to his age. Being the oldest of the team, he also serves as their Mediator, settling fights that tend to erupt frequently among their ranks. He seems to have an inborn Sherpherding instinct and sees the whole team as a flock of sheep he must protect and as such gets violent when any of them are harmed. He has a father-like relationship with Saladin. In fact, the main reason he agreed to be part of the team was so that he could watch over the young Riolu, and Saladin has confirmed that this is because he had lost a son druring his younger days and saw the blue fox as a replacement goldfish.
A couple of his spines are broken along his back from old fights. This however prevents him from poisoning Hale whenever he offers to give her a ride after her legs give out on her.

While not particularly intelligent, he does prove to be a dangerously experienced veteran when shoved into a corner---when that happens, he tends to abuse Earth power like a Grecian god scorned.
Enjoys tea, pastries and watching reruns of James Indiana; Rangers of the Lost Park.

:bulletyellow: Artagnan (Gallade)
~ Quiet and introspective, Artagnan is a rather hard mon to read emotionally, which is an irony considering the type of Pokemon he is. Within the team, he serves as their glass cannon: insanely high attacks boosted by a Life Orb, but low defences that leave him an open target of any bulky beast which doesn't go down in two or three rounds. His manner is curt and almost cold compared to Saladin or Faust--this is mainly due to him being raised as a Rocket mon and having most of the emotion knocked clean out of him as a young Ralts in order to make more room for attacks and psychic ability. One of his eyes was deliberately blinded out when he was younger as punishment for an escape attempt and since then, he stopped seeing humans as friend or partners and more as slave runners.
As Hale's sixth Pokemon, he came across her when she was investigating matters at the Goldenrod Radio Tower. A battle erupted and he almost destroyed a younger Saladin when the group was lynched by a few more Rockets waiting in ambush. When he was told to literally mindf*ck the trapped and bounded girl for information, he saw portions of her past, specifically when her legs were broken with steel rods by thugs similar to the Rockets. Instead of probing deeper, he used the memory and unleashed an empathy wave upon all the surrounding Rockets, leaving them writhing wrecks as the motley lot and himself escaped. With nowhere to go and a distinct lack of knowledge on socializing with humans or mons, Hale decided to take him in. Due to his slight stature, he was mercilessly picked on by Faust, even more so when he evolved into the feminine-looking Kirlia. Hale decided to give the fire lizard a lesson one day when she handed Artagnan a Dawn Stone in the middle of yet another squable between the two, and as Artagnan immediately evolved into a Gallade, he proceeded to lay a Smackdown of absolutely epic proportions on the Charizard. Since that day, the two have a grudging respect and mutual dislike of one another.
Artagnan can often be found off-duty meditating or watching Errol Flynn movies which he is fond of. His cape, given to him by Hale was inspired off such stories and he wears it everywhere, including into battle.
He has a sweet tooth for Pocky sticks and like Saladin, can communicate with people telepathically. His speech is far rougher than Saladin's incidentally due to his upbringing.

Good lord, you actually made it through all of that? D8
Well here's a cookie for you! Go ahead. Enjoy it and remember to put them eyeballs back into your head. Carefully please. :D

I've always wanted to make some OC like this, i've got my character and pokemon down, just need a story.
I would love to write some stuff with you, even though we are not yet acquainted.
